Size does not matter. It’s what you do with it. The smallest jobs can have a big impact if they’re done well. And EVERY job matters when it’s yours. That’s how we look at it. There is no such thing as a small job in our studio. We try to turn everything into great design. And by that we mean design that works.

The myth that small fries can’t handle big jobs is just that – a myth. We’re not big. But we do a lot of big projects for big companies, big organisations and government departments. Why have they come to us? We think it’s because we do a better job. You don’t need lots of staff to get great results, you need lots of skill and experience. And the right approach. Our approach.

For us, the biggest jobs are the ones where we have made a difference. Our design of BHP’s recruitment brochure for its indigenous recruitment scheme helped to attract many new indigenous workers that would previously have never contemplated such a move to its mining workforce. And, our work for Ethical Clothing Australia on their Award Guide made it easier for clothing manufacturers to understand and meet their obligations in relation to hiring workers. Things like that matter – a lot.
