The Award Guide we developed for ECA is designed to assist people working within the textiles, fashion and associated clothing manufacturing industries to understand their legal obligations in relation to contractors.

Legal documents tend to be unfathomable to the average person so we rewrote, and restructured the Guide so that it was in language the average person would understand and in the order that would make the most sense to them. The opening page provides a contents page that works to provide a snapshot of a person’s legal obligations, all on one page. Readers can easily navigate from here to the detail in the following pages of the Guide. It included a range of forms and checklist tools to help people comply with their obligations under the Award.
