We developed a series of information cards to help explain the different categories that health workers and their indigenous patients fall into.

These categories enable funding to be appropriately allocated in regional areas where the majority of these health services are provided. Prior to the introduction of these information cards there was a general confusion over these categories, resulting in collection of incorrect data through forms and correspondence. We redeveloped the text in conjunction with a series of pictograms to tackle these problems.
